Patients with stable coronary artery disease and a physiologically significant left main coronary artery disease (LMD) who underwent revascularization as determined by iFR had significantly improved long-term clinical outcomes compared with patients whose revascularization was deferred. Dr. Takayuki Warisawa and colleagues, of St. Marianna University School of Medicine reported in the June issue of Circulation: Cardiovascular Interventions.
