In patients with scar-related ventricular tachycardia (VT), transcoronary mapping with an over-the-wire multielectrode catheter safely recorded abnormal bipolar potentials in the coronary arteries, according to a study reported by Dr. Takuro Nishimura and colleagues of Tokyo Medical and Dental University in the January issue of EP Europace.
