Usefulness of NIRS-IVUS in predicting no-reflow during PCI for ACS
In patients with ACS, lipid-rich plaque (LCP) in infarct-related lesions assessed by NIRS-IVUS was independently associated with no-reflow during PCI, Dr. Yuichi Ozaki and colleagues of Wakayama Medical University, reported in the May 15 issue of American Journal of Cardiology.
