Retrospective Multicenter Comparison Between Viabahn Covered Stent-Grafts and Supera Interwoven Nitinol Stents for Endovascular Treatment in Severely Calcified Femoropopliteal Artery Disease: The ARMADILLO Study
From the ARMADILLO trial, a propensity score matching analysis of real-world Japanese patients with highly calcified lesions in the femoral popliteal artery showed no significant difference in 1-year primary patency rates after EVT with Viabahn covered stent grafts (CSG) and Supera peripheral stents (SPS), Dr. Kazunori Horie and colleagues of Sendai Kousei Hospital, Japan, reported in the June issue of the Journal of Endovascular Therapy.
