Emergency ablation is feasible in patients with mechanical circulatory support (MCS) due to ventricular tachyarrhythmia (VTA), but the complication rate is high and strict attention should be paid to device-related bleeding. Dr. Naoya Kataoka and colleagues of the University of Toyama reported in the February issue of the Journal of Cardiology.
