A sub-study of the RENOVATE-COMPLEX-PCI trial found that intravascular imaging-guided PCI for LM disease reduced the risk of cardiac death/target vessel-associated MI/clinically derived TVR, compared with angiography-guided PCI, Dr. Woochan Kwon, University School of Medicine, South Korea, and colleagues reported in the December issue of Circulation: Cardiovascular Interventions.
