J-CTO Channel Score Predicts Microcatheter Tracking in Retrograde CTO-PCI: The SURFING MICRO Registry
The SURFING MICRO registry shows that small, bent collateral blood vessels with J-CTO channel scores ≥3 are at high risk of microcatheter tracking failure, according to a study reported by Dr. G. Piedimonte and colleagues of San Luigi Gonzaga University Hospital, Italy, in the January issue of Catheterization & Cardiovascular Interventions.
