Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) use was independently associated with favorable stent expansion among lesions with an OCT calcium score ≥3 despite an IVUS calcium score ≤2 in PCI for calcified lesions, Dr. Shun Kitajima and colleagues, Yokohama City University Medical Center, Japan, reported in the March issue of the Circulation Journal.
