One-Year Outcomes of Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Repair Using the Pascal System: The CLASP TR Trial
Transcatheter tricuspid valve repair using the Pascal system had a low complication rate, a high 1-year survival rate, and sustained improvement in TR, physical function, and quality of life over 1 year in patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR) who had persistent symptoms despite medical therapy. Dr. Susheel K. Kodali of Columbia University Irving Medical Center, USA, and colleagues reported in the May 9 issue of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
